At Owego Nazarene we believe that worship is not just something we do on Sunday.
It is a way of life.
The Bible says “Do everything as unto the Lord.”
But we are also in need of times when we worship together
and we place a high priority on our worship celebrations.
We have two times that we all gather together where we sing, pray and hear God’s word:
Sunday at 8:15am is our traditional service...
with hymns and choruses utilizing
piano, organ and acoustic guitar
Sunday at 11:00am is our contemporary service...
with modern songs utilizing our worship band of
drums, keyboard, electric guitar and bass,
acoustic guitar and piano
MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES
Owego Naz Worship Choir
The ONWC is the foundation of our Worship Team
and is open to anyone who loves to sing.
No experience is necessary.
The choir rehearses on Wednesday nights from 6:15pm to 7:30pm
and sings in the 11:00am Sunday morning worship celebration.
Owego Naz Worship Band
The band is made up of talented musicians
who provide the energy for our contemporary worship celebrations.
This is an auditioned group.
Owego Naz Tech Team
One of the most important teams is the Tech Team.
These men and women operate our sound, lights and video ministries.
Training is available for persons wanting to serve in this vital ministry.
