Haiti Relief Benefit - Update

The 60+ in attendance at the OweoNaz Haiti Relief Benefit held Saturday,

February 27 were treated to a wonderful meal and an inspiring first-hand

account from medical relief worker, Duane Frampton, of how God is

working in Haiti.  Through prayer, the efforts of volunteer medical staff,

missionaries, relief organizations and donors such as yourselves, an

outpouring of love and support conveying the message of hope continues

to flow to the people of Haiti.

As mentioned recently in the news, adequate shelter continues to be

lacking as the Haiti wet season looms.  In response, your local NMI

Council has decided to purchase two ARK(TM) shelters (the same as those

used by Jesus Film Harvest Partners) utilizing the nearly $2000 donated

by the Benefit attendees plus an additional $5000  from local church
